PicknPayASAP! is a *****!!!! STOP SUPPORTING THEM

I placed an order on the Pick n Pay ASAP app on the 10th of August 2025 for R1073.76. Right after I paid with my card the order cancelled and all products went back into the cart. I have been trying to get my refund from Pick n Pay ever since with no luck. They even sent me an email with a screenshot of the payment ID etc showing that they have refunded the money on the 24th of August 2025. Till this day I haven’t received the money. I forwarded their email to my bank to trace the refund and they didn’t find it. When I called Pick ‘n Pay today (29/08/2025) the guy that helped me checked their system and he told me no refund was done. Which means they sent me a *****ulent document claiming that they paid whilst they didn’t. PLEASE STOP SUPPORTING PICK N PAY ASAP. They are a *****
