PicknPay Wynberg Main Road - Slow service

The service and the Wynberg MAin Road is very bad.

1. The cashiers are super super slow. I went in on a weekday in the middle of the month and the ques were quite long (and know it wasn't loadshedding at the time)

2. I once stood in a que and called the manager as the que wasn't moving and they only had two cashiers open. I was holding for 5 minutes with no answer. then asked one of the employees to call him on the intercom. Still kept on holding and after 10 minutes he arrived and guess what... he still didnt even take the call I was holding on for. All he could do was apologise but he at least started helping with the packing as he felt bad.

3. The attitude and moral of the cashiers is like going to a funeral. Sad droppy hanging faces as if they are unhappy that they had to come to work that morning. I've experience the other shop with a "W" and once my face was hanging on the floor and those cahsiers tried to cheer me up.

The Wynberg branch is 5 minutes down the road from me but I now drive an extra 15 minutes to go to another PicknpAy or the "W" store thats even further.
