Picknpay wonderpark stuff

So yesterday I went to purchase few items at Picknpay wonderpark, upon my arrival at the till the waiter was busy talking with her colleagues when she took my card with a tip of her fingers, the card fell inside the till. She told me straight that the card won't come out I must go make another card. I waited there with the hope that they will call the stuff to come and take the card out and when she realized that I'm still standing she then told people to call this guy who was supposedly take out my card but she made it clear that I'm not the first person to loose my card in the shop when it falls there it doesn't come out so I should rather go make another one before they close at the bank. I went there to make another card and I was charged R90 for replacement, now they don't want to repay me that money for card replacement. I asked to see the manager the lady changed the story and denied that she told me that I w9nt get my card back and she also denied the fact that she told me to go open another card. The manager then promised to call me today at 12 but she didn't call me back
