Picknpay Wonderpark doesn't care about their customers

I wrote here complaining about the bas ser ise that I received from picknpay regarding my card that was took by a cashier and as a result I had to go and make the other one, they rep**** saying they will investigate and get back to me but to this day they still haven't reached out. I am so disturbed by the way picknpay treat their customers . Especially Wonderpark picknpay because most people are not happy at all with their services
