PicknPay Witpoortjie staff is very bad

PicknPay Witpoortjie staff is just shocking when it comes to how they treat customers. I will not stop complaing as long as I receive bad customer service because I chose to give them business with my hard earned money. I mean I would gone to Food *****s, Keywest, Westgate, Checkers Wilrogate etc.but I chose them. I went in this morning to buy a few things. Lettuce scanned R6.99 instead of R10 and the cashier decided to call a supervisor to correct the mistake because clearly someone didn't do their job as expected. I said to the cashier " the lettuce scanned R6.99, why do want to change it? She rep**** " NO, ITS R10" with an attitude. Wow! Clearly the supervisor has no idea as to what the consumer law says (not surprised) Some.one need to do something about this behavior. Sending them for a refresher course ie Cusromer Service will help definitely. PicknPay Witpoortjie management, please put a stop to this behavior as it's not acceptable. Remember, it's a word of mouth.
