PicknPay Witpoortjie is the worst

Someone called me from PicknPay Witpoortjie, just after 4pm (08.08.2024) , manager I assume🤷♀️ after they have read a review regarding their staff. When that person called me, I was busy, as I work remotely. I asked him to call me back at 17:30 and he didn't 🤔, that speaks volumes about that store. One would expect management to do better and lead by example, right? I will never ever set foot in that store. Remember, it's a word of mouth.
