I purchased a 7kg bag of potatoes on 10/02/2023 but after opening it on the weekend I found the potatoes extremely small and some a shriveled as well as a rotten potato. The display bag in the shop had fresh looking medium size potatoes. I took the bag back on Monday 20/2/20 and complained to Mr Nigel Titus , the manager of the fruit and veg section. He apologized and told me he had another complaint and that the supplier had been informed He told me to get my refund and that he would contact me the next day when potatoes from another supplier would be received. The next day Mr Titus gave me a complimentary bag of potatoes from the new supplier and what difference they were! Mr Titus must be commended for the professional way he dealt with the matter , Thanks once again Mr Titus .
