PickNPay support is useless and their APP can be hacked by anyone!

Yet again I am still waiting for my refund from my account being hacked because PickNPay ASAP the App uses no 2FA and is so secure anyone can hack it and then place an order and money from your linked card can be used. "Sonia Steyn" and her helpdesk team are useless, never respond believing that ignoring the problem will solve it. I have had it with them!!!!

Amazing how **** PnP has become and no wonder, poor support, poor management and lack of skills.

I used to be a massive fan but alas my friends, family and I will never be using their services and Checkers is far better!
