PicknPay Steeldale pharmacy please FIRE your Responsible PHARMACIST!!!!
Worst service received by the responsible pharmacist, Maria, she lost my prescription! I have to pay my doctor to re-write another prescription for her incompetence!!!!! She has the audacity to tell me to go to another pharmacy and even tells me that there is a Dischem close by??? Why would I need to go to a Dischem when my script is at the pharmacy that she supposedly works at? She just sits in her office the entire day and does NOTHING!!!! She doesnt care so much that she even gives me her bosses email???

I will no longer be going to picknpay steeldale pharmacy. You have not taken my complaints seriously. The "Pharmacy Manager" Maria, is still there. I cannot believe how a pharmacy such as PicknPay will employ such an *********** person who sits in the office the entire day. The young indian pharmacist works so hard, but the "Manager" just sits in the office the entire day.
