PicknPay Springfield bad customer service

I went to purchase a bottle of wine at PicknPay liquor Springfield in Durban and the shop was empty, I get to the counter and the cashier is looking the other direction and I had to stand there for about 5 minutes waiting for her to service me, up until a colleague of hers comes from the back and asks what is the issue, her reply was "I thought the customer was waiting of somebody because she is not paying". Now how must I pay when the cashier is not even calling for me while I was right in front of her and she is looking the other direction? Her name is Bongiwe Ngcobo
