PicknPay Specials a ****!

I don’t trust these so called PicknPay “specials” anymore. On 3 different occasions the specials never arrived at the Somerset West Waterstone shop. The last one was a Bakers biscuit special. I went there when they opened on the day that the special was valid to be told (again) that they never received the goods advertised in the National newspapers. They gave me a rain cheque. Every time I go there I enquire - just to be told that they still haven’t received it. On 26/1 I spoke to 2 managers, Nolan Hendricks and Lynn. They took my number and promised to call me within 5 days. It is now more than 2 months later and no one called me. It looks like PicknPay advertise unbelievable specials, don’t stock it and then the public who went through the trouble of going there end up buying their other groceries at normal prices. They are now chasing away a loyal client and I will make an effort to warn the public in my area of their business practice.
