Picknpay Soshanguve crossing sells expired food

I placed an order on PicknPay ASAP Soshanguve crossing branch on the 30th of October, which included energy bars, on the 1 November i woke up and ate one of the energy bars shortly after i started having severe diarrhea, i then check what could have caused the issue snd to my disappointment the energy bars had expired on the 9th of October. I went to the store to complain and i was told the individual who packed the order was not at work and that I’ll be contacted. Today is is the 4th of November and i have no heard a word from the store.
