PicknPay Smart Shopper Card Sucks!

The PicknPay Smart Shopper Loyalty Card is USELESS! I deliberately accumulate my points on the card and on so many occasions last year (2019) my card was rejected at the store Smart Shopper card machine, regardless of which store I went to. I always received a message which says CARD BLOCKED. I spoke to their call-centre on numerous occasions last year, and even called from the store when I was there. I was always assured that the card was active. finally I requested a new card, (thinking that the card itself was problematic), which I was dually given and was assured my points had been transferred to the new card and needless to say I have continued to receive the same outcome with the new card, as before. Checkers is actually more accessible for me and now that they have a Store Discount Card, I will be shopping their in future!
