picknpay robs people blind

I made some purchases on Sunday. i purchased safari nuts 2x 300g packs. on the shelf there was a sign saying smart shopper cards price R62.99 i was charged R69.99 and R75.99 , so i queried it. was told that the R69.99 was correct because the other R7 that it shows cheaper is supposed to go onto the card in the form of points. so i never got refunded anything now with double the difference should have been R14, then on the second bag it charged me R75.99 which is a R13 difference x2 should have been R26. i only got R24 back after a big fight and making a scene. which shouldnt have had to happen in order to get MY money back. when i get home i find that i have also been ********** on the 2x stork margerine supposed to beR49.99 for the two. i was charged R37.50 each ,(still have my reciept)so R12.50 difference on each tub x2 equates to R50 ****** from me. i would like to say that this is not the first bad experience ive had here and have lost all patience with this store , i am so upset in the manner in which this was handled. i have been ****** of my hard earned money...please donot get caroline to phone me-donot want to deal with her at all.
