PicknPay online shopping *****ing your moneyordwr

Finally after my 3rd BAD experience with PicknPay online shopping, I wrote to HelloPeter. The response I got from PicknPay is...they're looking into it. Well obviously they did not. My brother sent me a food parcel today, and the mince is expired. Clearly marked down at R49....my brother being charged R64.99. I returned the mince with a note saying THIS IS *****ING. PicknPay look into this please.
