Picknpay online food order

I placed an online order with picknpay on the 27th of June 2025.The order was supposed to be delivered at 2pm-2.30pm Noone showed up. Next day they said 10am-10.30am Noone showed up Noone called. I called their support they put you on hold for about 30mins. Said they would escalate the issue upto now(02 July) they still say they are trying to find out what happened so they can refund me.They don't communicate you have to keep calling them and no effort they put on their side. It's very bad service for such a known retailer. Unhappy customer I won't use them again.
