PicknPay Online disaster

If you registered with PNP +- 7 or 8 years ago for online shopping and now you want your profile linked to ASAP.... YOU CANNOT. stupid hey.... but you have to have 2 email addresses... WOW can you belive they cannot link your profile. And staff when you phone are unable to help. I guess.....
