PicknPay Online! Absolutely Pathetic

Absolutely pathetic service. I was scheduled to receive my groceries yesterday 11 Aug (14:00 - 16:00) it is now Saturday morning 09:52 and I still have not received my groceries! This is extremely inconvenient as this service was made use of as the groceries were needed, I could have gone to the store already. Why offer a service if it is causing such an inconvenience? Money spent and time set aside waiting for the delivery. I have called the call centre 3 times, and I have not received feedback and this after being told that I will be called back! This is unacceptable service! Please resolve ASAP
