Picknpay misleading clients

Last week i called pick and pay customer care. I Wanted to know of i buy a gift card, can i send a person the card number to use instead of the actual card. The customer care consultant assured me that it is possible. Recording is available.

I have been sent from pillars to post where my person is being turned away.

Pick n pay complaints is now saying that there is valid complaint as i was given the wrong information.

I have a R1000 gift card that is basically useless to me. I have wasted so much time communicating with pick n pay.... This is so disappointing, especially from such a massive supermarket chain.
