Picknpay is robbing people
I stay in Wynberg and a I shop from pick n pay on a daily basis, Imagine the disgrace of standing at the till and being told that you can't take your groceries home because their Gift card system is offline and there is nothing they can do about it... I'M ****ED OFF AND I'M ANGRY I believe you guys make enough money to actually not rob people in the daylight... I got a voucher which was loaded R500, I go to the till the cashier swipes the card more than 5 times and says the machine is offline, she then check the balance on the card and there is R101 left on the card, the diapers and staff that I had bought amounted to R500, I try to explain to them that I need the staff hence I came to buy it including formula for my baby, and the silly part is I must feel comfortable to walk out of your store and hope you will repay my money that you initially deducted with your so called offline machine.... THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS, PICKNPAY you could do so much better and if you are running a store till 8, make sure you have customer service till that time because now you are inconveniencing me
