PicknPay Horrible Vehicle renewal ****

Pick n Pay Vehicle license renewal service is the biggest **** ever DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES. I renewed my disk with them online in November last year and I'm still waiting for the disk to be delivered 2 months later. at this point my disk has expired they keep sending me emails saying they have received my disk from the authorities but never deliver. The funny thing is their call center on*** (consultant Tasneem) is useless they cannot confirm the contents of the mail and all the rude lady can say is "wait for a callback " which 2 months later never comes through. Had I known about other online services like the post office one I would have gone there rather, but I don't know what I was expecting as they cannot even get their PNP ASAP app working efficiently.
