PicknPay George ASAP

I ordered from PicknPay ASAP in George previously and the service was outstanding but I placed my order last night. Whilst placing the order the ETA showed delivery @ 19h00 to 19h30, so I used my home addres. After payment was made the ETA changed to 08h00 to 08h30. I had to phone customer services to change the delivery addreaa to my work addres. At 09h15 I had a call from a driver, sitting in front of my house. When I explained that I had changed the delivery address and had a reference number as proof, he said he had to contact them to confirm. Then I tracked his movemwnt on the app - back tp the store. I phoned cuatomer services again just to hear that sorry but the request of the change of the address was not honoured by the store and now the order was cancelled and I had to reorder everyting. What I've done. Nearly 2 hours later I saw on the app that my order was delivered, after my ETA changed 3 times but I never received the order. I phoned customer services again just to inform me that on their system it does not show that a driver has been allocated for my delivery and they will cancel the order and I had to order everything again! I lost it! This service is suppose to help making our lives easier and you pay for the convenience but this is outrageously bad service on the stores part.
