PicknPay Floor manager Very poor customer service.

I went to Pick nPay Northlands Corner,Randburg to exchange PicknPay brand coffee beans for filter coffee. Because bought the beans in error. According to Siyabonga the floor manager the packaging did not show an expiry date and couldn't change it. He was actually more concerned on taking a call on his mobile phone than actually deal with my exchange. My smart shopper card will show that I spend thousands with picknPay. It is not the only PnP store I shop at but this branch is by far the worst and very often has empty stock shelves. I had attended a lecture at university given by the founder of Pnp Raymond Ackerman , who would of been horrified to see how the Floor Manager Siyabonga deals with customer matters , for a mere R79-00 product PnP has now lost a loyal customer. I will also be reporting the matter to PnP head office.
