PicknPay expired consumables delivered.
Good day all. I have made an online purchase on 15/02/2022 from PicknPay which was routed to the branch in Mulbarton. On the day of delivery it was discovered after my son consumed the item had fallen ill, that the milk shake (super m) was expired 12/01/2022. I've contacted customer care and complained also send pictures with proof, the customer care services eventually escalated the matter to the store. Today I received a call from Martha the online manager at PicknPay Mulbarton, the only information that she had given was that the senior management will replace the milkshake purchased, they have not shown any remorse or any way to compensate the ordeal my child and family had to endure with regards to his suffering, nor that medication had to be purchased to try and bring his health to speed. I really would love for the community to be wary when purchasing from PicknPay online as well as the PicknPay Mulbarton branch, actions like this can cause possible food poisoning and various other ailments.
I am appalled at the way such a large and reputable retailer could give such poor service and not take ownership of their fault.
