PicknPay doesn't care about their black customers AT ALL!!!

This PnP app and delivery service is appalling. I've been waiting for over 3 hours for my order and now the app says it will be delivered tomorrow. This is unacceptable and I want my full refund. I will write on all my social media platforms about how you treat your customers. This is the last time i use the app or go to any of your store. Your service is atrocious and you clearly just want to make money of people, you clearly don't care for our needs, yet it's the core of your business. I'm so disappointed
