Picknpay doesn't care about customer health.
I bought a 1l Fanta orange at your Polokwane Limpopo mall store yesterday. This morning I had diarrhoea and a painful stomach. I checked everything I ate and realised that the Fanta orange is expired. It's best before date was the 17th November. This means it's past that date with more than 7 days. I informed them and they said the particular store will contact me. From yesterday till today no one has made contact. And my stomach still feels sick. I am starting to wonder if they are doing it on purpose.

29 Nov 2024, 22:52I am very much saddened of how my issue was handled. I went to the store and was told that particular bottle was the only one on the shelf and that they don't know how it got there. Cameras showed that indeed I bought it in your store but they say that packaging is no longer sold in store and are investigating why it was still there.
I feel as though I was somewhat a guinea *** the store used. I was told to grab another bottle or something of similar value. One of your managers by the name Fanuel made it clear that I shouldn't be greedy and also that my "story makes no sense".
I left with a cake worth R150. I am not satisfied. How come even your coca cola agent don't know how that bottle ended in your store? Is my life at risk? Was what I went through after drinking it worth R150? They didn't even have the decency to put that cake in a plastic bag.
What are my rights in this case? Is that cake supposed to clear it all? Must I overlook all the other factors I received in store? Must I overlook how Fanuel spoke as though I was a ****? Please explain to me.

08 Apr 2025, 19:58Till today no update on what investigations revealed. I have a good mind of taking this further. I have a right to know where the drink that made me sick came from. Since one of your staff said she'll send me a sick form to fill since I got sick from it but she never made contact since last year. Do I have to take this to the media to receive adequate help?

Till today no update on what investigations revealed. I have a good mind of taking this further. I have a right to know where the drink that made me sick came from.
