PicknPay Credit Card BLOCKED!!! (Disgusting Call-centre consultants)

PicknPay credit card is blocked for the 2nd time without a valid explanation. I was now advised that balance check can block your card if done on a different cellphone network. That's utter bull**** in regards to ***** prevention. I call into the call-centre ***) and the first consultant (Pamela) drops the call while arguing with me. I call back in and speaks to another consultant in the ***** department who transfers me to Nobesuthu who then transfers me to another Pamela who doesnt give a **** about customer service. PicknPay was a good brand before using RCS's pathetic call Centre. I guess the only thing to do is leave the card blocked and and close the account.
