Picknpay clothing horrible stuff member service

What a day. I went to picknpay clothing rustenburg mall to ask if they could check which branch has a shoe they have ,however, not in my size. The lady at the till was helpful, she directed me to one of the stuff so she can take n picture of the shoe so they could check if waterfall mall has stock, ask me why when I get to the lady who was placing items on the shelf decided to take a call and told me to give her a moment and decided to proceed being on the phone while I waited, she saw me walking away after a while and still didn't bother hanging up, mind you, the call wasn't even work related, and she couldn't be bothered to assist, what bad service I got from that shop, terrible image from that store
