PicknPay Calrton Centre don't care attitude

I went to PicknPay Carlton Centre to buy lunch on 11/8/2022. The lady who served me prepared the food but did not give me a s**** or seviette.I reminded her and she only gave me a seviette and told me that they dont have s****s.She was so casual about it and it looked like they have not had s****s for long because she did not even apologise it was business as usual.The employee displayed a don't care attitude.I expected her to have told me in advance before she actually dishes my food so that I knew that the food I was to be served does not have a s****.I wonder if there is a manager in that store.
