Picknpay Benmore worst service from management to employees

I don't know what is the story behind Pick n Pay at Benmore ,but at this point maybe it should just be closed because I swear I can get better service at boxer in a township while their lights are out and have no internet and was served by animals .

The service is disgusting and cold ,from servers dragging their feet, arguing infront of us, sitting down while the queue is going into the isles . Is there no management or rules set out for running a company .

1. They have 1 person in the food area serving during rush hour (a lady who is not capable of moving faster due to age ) not discriminating ,but find someone to help her )rush hour being breakfast and lunch . You spend 30 minutes waiting to tell her to pack you a piece of chicken

2. Now you get to the till, there are only 3 people working and do they not have basic knowledge of the products Pick n pay offers e.g cash back and on going sales

3. How do you have a queue that is too long ,it's breakfast/lunch hour and other people are doing their groceries. You have customers with baskets full and you are seated while trying to push a 10kg bag of rice, where is the science in that . Then you have these crow nails and now I need to help you push the bag of flour because your nails physically prevent you from picking anything up and you end up having to throw it . There is a reason there are dress code regulations (including appropriate nails for work)

4. I don't know anymore ,I'm just ashamed on their behalf , there are people who need jobs and when people are tired of working they can really go home.
