PicknPay bad quality and service

I bought a Bennett Read vacuum cleaner from PnP Hyper Faerie Glen a month ago. The second time I used it it started smelling like power and sparks came out where after my power cut. I took it back to P P. The were extremely rude and confrontational saying they have a 14 day return policy and they cannot assist. We indicated that we are not going to accept this. They said they will test iit and revert to us. We havent heard from them since.
