PicknPay ASAP Sucks

Order UID: *** Very poor service, I did not receive all my items and when I contacted the customer service I was placed on hold and cut off. The driver did not even give a receipt. I emailed the support team x 3 did I received feedback? NO NO NO

I checked my credit wallet guess what no refund. Well I will no longer use the service

I ordered and was charged for 3 bottles of Stonedale wine I only received 1 of the 3 items. My other issue was that I did not even get a receipt the driver gave the parcels to a man at the gate not even confirming if I send the person to collect the groceries. What type of service is that?
