PicknPay "ASAP" should be renamed to PICKNPAY"Picky"

I placed an order for one item on Pick n Pay ASAP; evidently, the item was above the purchasing standard price. The order was received around 3pm, and I had to wait five hours for my order, which ultimately got cancelled. This item was required for an event, and I contacted Pick n Pay "ASAP" at 5:00 PM, where I was informed that the matter was escalated and that I should not be concerned. Additionally, I called at 7:35 PM, and the consultant indicated that my order had been assigned to multiple drivers but was unable to provide clarity on the situation. The most unfortunate aspect is that she subsequently informed me that the store had closed five minutes prior and advised that if I requested a refund, I would have to wait three to five working days for processing. As a loyal customer of Pick n Pay, I am dismayed by the level of service I received today; it is evident that the company prioritises quantity over customer service. I would discourage any customer wishing to purchase a single item through the Pick n Pay app from doing so, as not only will it cause inconvenience, but the app itself will also misinform you until they decide to cancel your order.
