PicknPay ASAP shocking service !!!

I don't even know where to start with this one but I'll just state it the way it should be stated. I have never been so humiated in my entire life by a store and the PicknPay ASAP service. I ordered groceries on the 24th of June and they delivered only a few items on Saturday 25th June. I immediately phone PnP ASAP when the driver was here to deliver and told them that 90% of my food items are not here. They logged a ticket and took all my details and promised to rectify the error. Till this day nothing has happened and nobody actually cares. I have phoned them more than 20times. Have emailed numerous times and have tweeted PnPay and sent Isnatgram DMs to no avail. They keep saying the same story that they have escalated the matter to the store in question PnPay Diepkloof square. I live 900metres from PnPay Southgate Mall why on earth would my ordered be placed at a store 5kms from my house!!!!

I have had it with PnPay and their poor service!!! It is really shocking that till this day no one is bothered to help me after following up with them for more than 2 weeks now.
