PicknPay ASAP- run around for my money to be refunded!!!!!

I did a order through the ASAP app on the 26/11/24 . I got an email to say some products was out of stock and 1 product was not delivered and the money was to be credited to my wallet on the App. The fact that it was not done and I have to run after my money is pathetic. I spoke to an agent the 27/11/24 who said ticket was logged and the money will be in my bank account within 24-48 hours. Call today the 28/11/24 only to be told the ticket was not logged by the agent of the 27/11/24. This has now been escalated to a supervisor and awaiting feedback. Pathetic /Horrible service . First and last time using this APP. Never had issues with checkers 3 sixty nor SPar2u and had to call around for my money!!!!
