Picknpay ASAP ****py service
PicknPay ASAP is ****, a disappointment I placed an order this afternoon 07/09/2022, the update was provided on the APP, shopping was underway and suddenly a notification comes saying that my order was cancelled. No reason, nothing. I call their call centre, the guy at the call centre tells me that there were insufficient funds in my account hence the order was cancelled, if there was insufficient funds then how was the order confirmed? He doesn’t know. Then the story changes and he tells me I will get a refund between 3-10 days. The money is gone from my account, my order is cancelled, Call centre support’s story doesn’t add up and suddenly I am getting the below mail, what do I believe? This is a total **** and a total disappointment. Q It has come to our attention that a refund due to you for R***** for order UID *** has failed to reverse on your card.
Our team is investigating the issue at hand and, should we not be able to process the refund correctly, we will email you back requesting your banking details to process a manual refund. UQ
I am still waiting for someone to come back to me. They keep asking for an alternative bank account, I have specifically said there is no alternative bank account. I need a Promo code or my money back to my ASAP wallet. I will place one last order and delete the app your customer service is appalling. Why is it taking so long to get a Promo Code?Little Miss Janelle Meyer had a nerve to say my query is closed due to no response. WHAT SORT of response does Picknpay Customer service or Zendesk ppl require exactly??? I have been sending numerous mails and without checking for my responses this Janelle woman says there is lack of response from me????
I have called more times than I can count and none of the ppl answering the phone are coming back with something tangible. I keep getting new case numbers. This is preposterous .Picknpay sort this out!!!!
