PicknPay Asap prices NOT the same as in store

I am not mobile at the moment and decided to stock up on groceries via the PicknPay Asap app. I have their weekly pamphlet and some of the Smart Shopper specials were really good. Imagine my surprise when i looked at my cart and saw that none of Smart Shopper specials were charged at the advertised special prices despite having my Smart Shopper card linked to my profile. At that stage, I cancelled my shopping and took the trouble to contact PnP Asap via their X profile, enquiring why specials were not passed on to online customers. Needless to say, I'm still waiting for a reply. I am really, really disappointed, PicknPay, especially as I've been a loyal customer for several decades. If this is how you now interact with your customers, you may have lost a long standing one.
