PicknPay ASAP not so ASAP after all!! Pathetic Service Rendered

I placed an order on the PicknPay ASAP App on the 19th April 2026 (Today) at 12:30pm. I placed the order to come from the Plumstead Store in Cape Town. By 14:00 my order was not picked yet. I then got into contact with an agent who told me that the store is running at full capacity and that they were still busy with orders that was placed the morning!! This is not the first time I had to wait so long for my order. The order eventually arrived almost 3 hours later! I am disgusted by the poor service of PicknPay. Go and learn a thing or two from Checkers and the delivery App!
