Picknpay asap not efficient
I placed my order with picknpay asap yesterday at 13:15 7/04/2023 and it said I'll receive my order at 15:30-16:30 only for the driver to get to me at 19:30 with a wrong order that has a loaf of bread and sta soft of which I ordered non of that my order amount to R398 worth of grocery and in my order there's no bread nor sta soft ....it's now 08:40 08/04/2023 I still haven't received my order ,I called customer support from yesterday to no avail and today I call again only to be told that they not sure when will my order get to me ,why do they still call this picknpay asap when there's no efficiency at all. I'm really annoyed I don't think I've ever been irritated if I don't receive my order by 12 picknpay must just refund me my money in full...my family ate noodles for super I obviously couldn't step out to go to the shops because I was working I'm really angry.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
