Picknpay ASAP, money gone, no order received

I made an order at 10am this morning worth R400, only to receive a bag of carrots, cabbage and rice. This is very clearly the wrong order, I phoned support immediately after receiving the wrong order and 2 times after that, as well as sending an email and leaving a review on Google play. IT IS NOW 8PM AND I HAVE STILL NOT HEARD ANYTHING!!!!!! MY MONEY IS GONE, I HAVE NO FOOD AND HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION!?!? This is absolutely unacceptable from a company that is as big as picknpay. So I never got to eat today because that was the last money I had left for groceries. Thanks picknpay.
