PicknPay ASAP is CR*P.
I am appalled at the service one receives on the ASAP App. It is the 10th day that I am waiting for my refund. I have had to use money not allocated for groceries because Pick n Pay has failed to process refund. How can this company sit on my money for so long? It is the beginning of a school year and budgets have been set. What a horrible inconvenience and they do not bother to respond to emails.

18 Jan 2023, 13:33I am still waiting for my refund or a voucher for the same amount or I am going to open a case of theft. You just are not doing enough to rectify. I will gather others who have been sitting waiting for refunds for months.
