Picknpay ASAP is a joke
Been waiting for almost 2 weeks now for a refund and picknpay asap is refusing to pay my money back, 3-5 business days they say but we way past that...all they tell you is contact your bank but picknpay is still withholding the funds and blatantly refusing to fix their errors and just say they like robbing their customers.
Service completely went down the drain and I won't be using your so called "new and improved" app which had a wallet function but it's just there for show because they want to con you and ***** your money.
For a company to use the word asap in it sure does not work fast in getting your money back to you. What a bunch of *******!!!!
