Picknpay ASAP

I’m so disgusted with Picknpay ASAP. They’ve disappointed so many times but I kept on going back but never again! I ordered groceries on 15 June 2022 and they delivered incorrect order. I called them the next day more 3 times and talked to different people all saying the delivery will be done but nothing. They sent a driver to collect the incorrect order but didn’t give him my order. If I knew they would not deliver still I wouldn’t have given back the order. On 17th after 2 days my groceries had not been delivered and no one was following up on my complaints. I then cancelled the order and demanded my money back and guess what! I’m told that according to their damn policy the money takes up to 10 working days to reflect back in my account. Meanwhile it’s their incompetencies that led to cancellation of this order. I will never ever use their services. Checkers Sixty60 is way more efficient and have never disappointed. They don’t deserve any star at!
