PicknPay ASAP doesn't deliver

PicknPay ASAP team, I placed an order on 26th to date it has not been delivered for R998.00 I get a receipt to day it was delivered and I told them I did not recieve the groceries and the driver never came to my house or called me, I inquired with the asap team the lady advised a refund will be processed, she told me it was already processed. The refund was from a previous order that was not delivered as well , I sent an email on Saturday to say the order wasn't recieved . That's basic monthly groceries that I cannot afford to lose , I am not happy by the non feedback on the order or not . I can't be ****** by a big organization like yourself .......
