PicknPay ASAP delivery very poor!

The pick n pay asap delivery at Birch Acres square in Kempton Park has very poor service...I been waiting for my order for over 2 hours now and it goes and still move delivery time by another 30 min. This is the second time I have had to contact the customer car for the app. My reference ***. Please investigate
