PicknPay asap bad service!!

PicknPay Asap is the complete opposite of their service name! I placed an order at 8AM before the store opened and the delivery time kept moving and I ended up waiting for over 5 hours for delivery even while calling in to the customer service center 3 times. I am still unsure of whether I am receiving my delivery today or not!!
