I placed an order 27/7/2025 and the order could not be delivered it was pushed to the next day , i called and asked them to cancel the order which they did, i have also asked for my money to be paid back to my account and still waiting , how long must i wait? i paid for a service not rendered and now i must wait to get my money back???

03 Aug 2025, 18:47I have done this on the 28th already!!!! I called and said it will be escalate it it still not paid!!!! pay back my money!! it's 7 days already I'm waiting for my money after requesting it to pay out back to my card! pathetic
