PicknPay ASAP App Not Delivering

I ordered at 13h25 and it is now 17h34 still no order and after calling several times no resolution. Call centre is closed now and don’t know if I’m going to receive my order. I’m sick and unable to go to the stores and re**** on this application to deliver but obviously it is unreliable and I should have read the reviews first. Pathetic and even **********.
