Picknpay asap app its a ****

I bought things online and my money was tsken from my bank which is fine because am buying,then they assigned a driver to deliver my items. I WhatsApp the driver becouse she wasnt moving and her reply was i dont know which order you talking about.so the driver called the office because i screenshot the app details and sended her that she is my driver,her response was they made a mistake they will sort it out.i waited and waited until 8pm and i ordered at 10am. She texted and asked me is your order thats says sandton i said yes,she said the store called me to pick it up.after 20min she text me back and tells me your order is not here.maybe they will deliver it tomorrow.cool its been 3 days from now on i called customer service and i sended emails no response of my items . Am so ****ed.
