PicknPay and the lack of Fishpaste mystery

After the huge hoo-ha created by PicknPay about bringing Fishpaste like Anchovette back to South Afica, the retailer has now left customers searching far and wide for the product, and mostly unsuccessfully. I actually made contact with their customer service department after not finding Anchovette on the shelves or on their online product selection for a good 5 months. In response to my query I was given the names of two stores who did still have stock - both more than 50 kms away from where I live. A further telephone call from customer service frustrated me even more. After passing on where I live and normally shop, they then requested all the emails and previous communication I had with their department. Really, PicknPay, firstly you are not stocking an item to which you seem to have exclusivity, and secondly your customer service department obviously is in need of a practical filing system for complaints and queries. Or are they discarded and forgotten after one response? Needless to say, I still have no Anchovette or Redrow fishpaste.
